Prices and Payments
All prices on the Alma Terra Pottery website are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and are subject to change without notice. Postage and handling charges are not included in the item pricing – these are calculated upon checkout.

Alma Terra Pottery accepts secure payment via PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard payments as well as PayPal payments. Credit card transactions will be processed securely and no card details will be stored. Orders are shipped after payment is received in full.
Returns, Refunds & the Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We do not, however, facilitate refunds for change of mind, or a change in your financial situation or circumstances, so please choose carefully. Where the item you have purchased is defective, damaged or significantly different to the item pictured on the website, please contact us to discuss the situation so that we can reach a suitable outcome in compliance with the Australian Consumer Laws. If you chose the wrong product or size, you will be responsible for postage to return the new item to you once we receive the returned item in merchantable condition. If you chose the correct size or product but we packaged the incorrect size, we will cover the cost of postage of the correct size to you once we receive the returned item in merchantable condition.
Descriptions and Colours
All items for sale at almaterrapottery.com.au are described and photographed as accurately as possible, the colours shown are representational only. Actual colours on finished pieces may vary from colours displayed. Due to the slight temperature variations that can occur during the firing process or the position of the piece in the kiln.
Intellectual Property
All of the ceramics, designs, logos, text and photographs on the website are owned by Alma Terra and the photographers and may not be used without permission. The content must not be reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded to a third party, transmitted, posted or distributed in any way without the express authorisation of Lama Terra Pottery.
