* Extreme care is taken when packing items in a secure manner. Shredded paper is utilised inside, recycled bubble wrap, and at times the item will be double boxed if it is required. Items are shipped in sturdy recycled boxes where possible (for the purpose of minimising customer shipping costs).
Should there be any damage to any items; if the cause is deemed to be the packing, the broken item will be replaced. If this is the case, email a photo of the damaged piece in its packaging. Options can be discussed of either organising a replacement to be sent out (if it’s in stock or allow a number of weeks, usually up to 8 weeks for a replacement to be made). If the piece can not be replaced, due to its one-off nature a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping costs can be negotiated.
* Customer satisfaction is a priority. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, please make contact within three days of receiving your purchase and explain the area of dissatisfaction. An exchange/store credit for equal value of the item that you purchased (minus shipping charges) can be made at this time. This must be done within three days of receiving your item.
* The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and will make sure the item is properly packed in its original packaging. Any damage or breakage in the return of the item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and if such damage occurs, a refund or store credit will not be issued to the buyer.
* Once the product is delivered I do not accept cancellations.
At this point in time I am releasing new products on shop updates. If you are interested in a piece and you missed out, please contact me and we can discuss when or how long it will take to be done according to the current workload.

Already made items ship within 1-3 working days via Australia Post. Most parcels arrive within 10 business days, and due to Covid-19 restrictions patience may be warranted. Once the parcel is taken to Australia Post Office, a tracking number will be issued. Please be aware that the delivery service is the responsibility of Australia Post.
* Please ensure that the delivery details entered during check out are correct. Responsibility can not be taken for orders delivered to an incorrect provided postal address.
* If the parcel can not be received at the postal address due to work commitments, please make contact and an added 3.00 fee for signature of postage service can be organised.
Shipping method is via Australia Post eparcel. With a flat rate of AU$12 within Australia. Orders over AU$350 incur a free shipping within Australia.
International shipping is available to some countries only: Canada, USA, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Iceland.
