Where: At Alma Terra Pottery Studio in Myrtleford, VIC
Have you ever thought of making a few ceramics projects but the studios never offer what you would like to make?, maybe the workshops are just not enough to explore this beautiful media? Or you are wanting to learn ceramics in amore consistent way not just one off?
This clay sessions are hand building classes and you will be deciding what to make during the 6 weeks, you will be discussing directly with me about the level of difficulty and proper timing to make your ceramic pieces. We will be covering some basic knowledge about hand building techniques so you can be confident about making ceramics.
These sessions are tailored for small groups, they are friendly and in a safe relaxing environment. They are suitable for beginners or for people with some experience. The classes include all materials, firings and glazing.
We will start on the 5th of March for 5 consecutive weeks. We will have a week off in between week five and 6 so we can allow for the pieces to fully dry and do the first firing. The classes will be finishing on Thursday 16th April.
